We have been settling into 2nd Class and learning about 'The Zones of Regulation'. We check in with each other during our Morning Meetings and throughout the day. We are learning that being in the 'green zone' is best for getting our work done but all feelings are ok.
A brain break for activities in the afternoon is helping us to stay focused and calm. Well done us 💚!
